Sandra Hanson is a thirty-year middle-level educator who has taught earth science throughout her teaching career, which included a unit in meteorology and the study of weather. Finding ways to increase the understanding of the concept of weather has always been a passion of hers.
Her illustrator is Jan Jones. She started her art career as an interior designer of residential and commercial spaces as well as an instructor of design at the college level. She continues to practice today as a freelance design consultant.
